Our Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in the same condition you received them
• In their original packaging

How to Return an Item

1. Email us at hello@ofiahome.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right — no questions asked.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned after 30 days
• Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer
