Thank you for shopping with OFIA HOME. We want to make sure your order arrives safely and on time. Please read our shipping information below.
Delivery Timeframes
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard items (mirrors, accessories, small furniture): 3–7 business days
- Large items (beds, sofas, wardrobes): 5–14 business days
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — any applicable promotions will be displayed at checkout.
UK Delivery Only
We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses only. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, or remote island locations at this time. Please contact us if you have any questions about your delivery area.
Large Item Deliveries
Large furniture items such as beds and sofas are delivered by specialist couriers. You will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery window. Please ensure there is adequate access to your property for large deliveries.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@ofiahome.com with photos and your order number. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
